Shipping & Delivery

If your item is in stock, we will normally dispatch your order the day you place it. If you place your order after 5pm on a Friday then it may not be dispatched until the following Monday morning. For both standard and express delivery a signature will be required when you receive your parcel. If you know you are usually out when the postman delivers, then it is perhaps best to use a different address when you place your order.

UK deliveries:

UK orders over £150 are postage free.

Standard delivery: normally 2-5 working days
Express delivery: order before 3pm, next working day delivery

(Delivery charges are calculated using the Royal Mail’s postal tariff. These will be calculated, according to the weight of your order, when you check out.)

Overseas deliveries:

Standard Europe: normally up to 14 working days
Standard Rest of World: normally up to 14 working days

Important: For overseas deliveries we are only permitted to deliver to your billing address.

All the prices on our site are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of EU sales tax (VAT). If your order is being shipped outside of the EU then we will deduct VAT, however you may need to pay your countries customs fees and import duties when you receive your package.

Please note that the delivery period stated within which you may receive your order is approximate and subject to the vagaries of the postal service. Finally if we are not able to deliver the whole of the order at the same time due to items being out of stock or for operational reasons, we will deliver the order in installments. We will not charge you extra delivery costs for this.


Privacy & Security

Our relationship with you is based purely on trust. We try our best to give you a completely private browsing experience and require no personal information until you come to checkout and buy your items. The information that you then provide is entirely associated with your purchase. All our data collection and storage is governed by the rules of the UK Data Protection Act. We do not divulge your email address or other information to any other companies or third parties. We do not store or share any credit/debit card information.

Returns & Replacements

We are proud of our products and we want you to like them as much as we do. If you don't, then we have done something wrong and we will do our utmost to fix your quibble. If we can't fix the problem or if our products have not come up to your expectation, please return them and we will gladly reimburse you.

On UK orders you do not have to pay to return an item. We include a FREEPOST return sticker with your invoice. Simply repackage the garments and slap your sticker on the front. Take it to your local Post Office and they will ensure it gets back to us safely. If possible we ask that you make a note on the reverse of your invoice as to why it is being returned. This ensures we can be speedy and efficient in dealing with the reasons for the returned item. If you are requesting an exchange then please detail the exact garment you would like to exchange for.


Ordering

Order online at any time of day or night.

Simply select the garment you wish to purchase. Click to buy it. This will add it to your shopping cart. You will then have the option to continue shopping or proceed to the checkout. When you have everything you need, proceed to the checkout, fill out the simple checkout forms, confirm your order, sit back, relax, and your order will be with you in no time.


Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept most major credit/debit cards.

The price displayed on the web site is the price you pay. We occasionally offer promotional prices on our goods and these will be credited to you at the checkout. You may be required to enter a promotional code at this point. The discount code box is displayed prominently on the checkout page.

Despite the thrill haggling gives us all, we do not offer price adjustments on garments outside of promotions.


Viewing Orders

Once your order has been placed you can access your order history at any time from the “My Account” section of the site. This will give you all your order history and delivery details. If you did not register on the site during checkout then your order confirmation email is the only way to view your order. For this reason we strongly recommend registering with Huxley during your checkout process. If you have a query with your order please contact us via the contact form on the webiste giving as much detail about your order and your query as possible. We will answer your problem immediately.

Garment Care

All of our clothing is machine washable at 40 degrees centigrade. Our socks are, of course, hardy enough to be washed and dried a hundred times over and be as good as the day you bought them. Our jumpers, whilst loving a cool wash at 40 degrees, should not be tumble dried. For the best results wash at 40 degrees then hang to dry.
